Atomic Technical Institute ("ATI") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you submit via our application, contact, RSVP, and newsletter forms.
- Technical information automatically collected when you visit the site (IP, user agent, pages viewed).
- Information required for enrollment, billing, and academic records once you become a student (see the Student Portal privacy notice).
How we use it
- To respond to applications, inquiries, and RSVPs.
- To send transactional communications related to your application or enrollment.
- To send newsletter updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
FERPA & student records
Once you are a student, your education records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We limit access to authorized personnel with a legitimate educational interest and log access for audit.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email.
